Telkom is a mess

I seriously don’t know where to start with Telkom. I logged in a review a month ago then my Wifi was working for 3 weeks than it stopped working again.

You hardly get hold of them on the phone, they send you from one consultant to the other. I am actually so sick of this service. I transferred all my money so they don’t deduct. I paid double this Month thinking thinking that everything is sorted. I’m sorry I will reverse my debit and buy data. I want nothing to do with Telkom, such pathetic service. Never recommend them, dragging them on social media.
