Telkom is a mess

I have made an online order on 10 January 2021 up to today (28 January 2021) I have not received any feedback from Telkom and when I call them or email them they are sending me from pillar to post. I then went to apply at Westgate branch they are telling me that they doubt that they will receive stock of what I am looking for, mind you that I am talking about January to March deals as they have advertised.
