Telkom is a ****mer

I had a contract with Telkom and they started overcharging me. When I renewed my contract the consultant said that should it happen again I could cancel without any repercussions on my part. When things didn't add up again I called to enquire and was met with random answers of some products I did not have. Then when I requested the phone calls that are provided upon my request I was told I need a COURT ORDER! They **** people and then take them to debt collector when they query what is happening. It has been over a year and I am yet to receive the calls and hounded by their debt collector to the point of a nervous break down just because they are Telkom. Just goes to show the type of people they are!
