Telkom is a looter just like the ANC comprades yeses

I am completely disappointed with Telkom. I had an insurance policy with them, and after my debit order bounced for just two months, they immediately handed me over to debt collectors for almost R1000 — as if I took out a loan with them. The insurance is cancelled, I’m not receiving any benefits, yet I’m being forced to pay like I owe them for a product I’m still using.

What’s worse is the attitude from their consultants. No effort, no willingness to help, no going the extra mile. It’s a take-it-or-leave-it approach, and they just don’t care about customers at all. Telkom is honestly full of nonsense. I regret ever signing up with them
