telkom is a load of BULL**** and unprofessional

good day

Ive app**** for a December big deal and only found out now im on a 40gig a month.

i phoned telkom they investigated and told me they will come and collect the 40gig router and supply me with the correct one as per my contact for the December deal.

i am trying to get hold of someone to find out what is going on- each agent im speaking to is giving me a different number to contact. what the HELLLLL is going on!!! when am i getting my CORRECT wifi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
