Telkom is a life time *******.

TELKOM/ TELKOM MOBILE ARE ******. I app**** for a devicE (iphone8) on the 9th January 2020, application went through vetting and my account was debited with R479.00 which i was told was an initial payment. To my shock after this there was no delivery done as promised. i have done follow ups with call centres and I have been sent from pillar to post trying to get this sorted and for my money to be paid back to me.. I have heard stories before with telkom and now you have proved those stories correct - you are ******...You better pay back my money in the next 24 hours !!!!
