Telkom is a ****.

I app**** for a Telkom LTE on 16th of February and was assisted by Okuhle Kumalo. I did the application in my business name. She did her checks and said that my business is approved and me in my personal capacity I was declined. I asked her whether will I still get the LTE contract and she said that a they would deliver the router and SIM card between 7 and 14 days.

I waited and followed up yesterday via email and no answer. I sent a watsapp this morning and was informed that my application has been declined. I was never informed of this till I followed up. I wasted 2 weeks waiting for the device. I could have app**** with another provider in the mean time. Telkom is absolutely disgusting.
