Telkom is a *** network

I have a very small query with telkom, all I asked from them us to stop chowing my data. There us ni way 11 gig could last 3 days, I used to buy 1 gig and it lasted a month. Two consecutive days this has been happening. I need them to charge data accordingly and that is it. A lot if people have complaints of how pathetic and useless Telkom is. If they had the platform this *** network would have been closed.
