Telkom is a joke

Telkom data is unreliable!!!! No data coverage for almost 3 days. we depend on modems and routers and have some with Telkom sim cards installed. it was a mistake. The telkom call centre is a waste of time and the whole utility is an embarassment. Please dont think you are supporting a battling entity and hope they will improve, the have no intention of improving, simply to sink the country into a deeper state of third world. My anger was under control until I tried the call center again, 10210, what an absolute joke. I suppose I would not want to be a call centre agent for this pathetic company either. By the way, any data purchases are only shown when telkom decide it necessary, data purchases may take a week to reflect. What a joke.
