Telkom Is A Joke!!!

I upgraded my contract with telkom on the 2nd of February 2021 and was told I'd receive the device within 7-10 working days. Now it's 29 days after the 10 day waiting period and there's still nothing - I don't even receive progress updates. It gets annoying having to call them as though they're the client and I'm the service provider. They're quick to call you to get you on board, but when they have to deliver it becomes a problem. Very disappointing!!!!!
