TELKOM IS A JOKE

Hi. I just would like to complain about telkom that does not want to assist with my problem with my account. This issue is been revolving from December 2020. I went into store to change my banking details, it was change on system but no message was relayed back to me to tell me that it will only be affective in January. In January i went to upgrade my phone contract there. I asked them to check my account for any outstanding balances that might have occured. My account said R0. Nou i looked on the telkom app as well that there were no outstanding balances. I have proof that my account was on R0 and a statement was given to me at the store. I then received a message saying i owe December fees. Which i could understand how that was possible as no debit amount was deducted of my account. I made arrangement with telkim to try and fix this issue. The customer care is not very helpfull and now my account is still not fix. I have money in my account for the debit order but no amount has go off. This is a serious issues. Not even the manager of the customer care facilities even bother to contact you back. I need assistance and telkom doesn't care about you as a customer only wat you owe them. I spend alot of money with telkom every month and this is now ridiculous to receive such rude and unhelpful attitudes from a service provide. Unacceptable.
