Telkom is a joke

Telkom you are a joke. Very pathetic service delivery. I was in arrears of 45cent I got no message to state I needed to pay 45c. My lines are now cut for 4days. I went into store twice. I have made numerous calls. You say once payment relflrxs I will be connected. Did you still not receive my 45cents in 4days?
