Telkom is a joke...

Good Day,<br> <br> I logged a complaint to request my data portion to be cancelled as I never signed for a contract and this was a month to month.<br> I am still waiting for the calls as all calls are recorded?!?!?!?!?!? Till date have I received nothing!!!<br> Please can I get an educated person to assist me and stop promising me the world that the query has been resolved but every month the total fee is being deducted...<br> I need my line rental deducted and that's it, no contract agreement for anything...<br> Telkom is a joke and as a customer I would never advise anyone to get involved with you guys.<br> <br>
