Telkom is a joke!!

I've tried calling the customer call center all morning and nobody seems to be picking up -absolutely shocking service one can't even speak to someone with regards to my account !!! Went on there website to write a post and they removed my complaint even went into the N1 city branch and told me to leave even after I explained my situation. Nobody wants to help and this call center is a JOKE!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AND GET BACK TO ME?!?! What the point of having call centre when there isn't people taking the calls!! I'm not sure what to do as I have exhausted all my options ; something so simple becomes so complicated all because of your Customer Service train your people. I'm so sorry I took a contract with Telkom mobile it been a problem from the word go! I look forward to hearing from someone with regards to my query. Kind regards Lidia
