TELKOM IS A JOKE

Telkom <br> After rescheduling and confirming my installation 3 times, I was eventually given a number to my technical person( Daniel) who was meant to do the installation, after calling numerous times, there was just no answer, after taking a day off from work to wait for an installation to take place between 7- 1630 pm at 1500 pm I had to drive out my complex and I found A Telkom Van about 2km up the road, I asked the man sitting in the car with a small child if he was by any chance Daniel, which he rep**** yes it was, I approached the Van and asked him why he had not come to do the installation, he told he had knocked off for the day, I said I was told I could expect installation from 7 am to 1630 am and that it was not even 1600 pm yet as per the Telkom sms confirmation, he promptly told me he had knocked off for the day and could not do the installation, service is a joke! Thanks Telkom I have cancelled my service <br>
