Telkom is a joke

They should get a 5 star rating for the worst company in SA or probably the world.

I only inquire about a adsl line on the phone they never followed up or installed the line but now I'm being handed over to dept collectors for multiple invoices they send me!! Absolute joke. Sometimes I spent 2 hours on the phone just to explain the ***** up telkom made and now two years later I'm still getting invoices.
