TELKOM IS A JOKE

Hi my name is Allistiar Sicarias,the service was horrible that i have received from the customer service,have been sent from pillar to post.I have been over charged on my Telkom account with R1000 when i query this i was advised that all their bills has a R500 usage but when i took of the contracts i requested to have a cap put on both lines.So i have been handed over to a Debit collecting agency.....TELKOM IS MOK AND PATHETIC
