Telkom is a Joke

Called in on the 28th November to cancel my contract as it had ended, I was offered the black Friday combo deal and I took it gave all the relevant information required and correct delivery address as I did not use the residential address on file and I was told it woukd take a maximum of 7 days.

Before even the 7 days passed I received a call from sales trying to upgrade I was suprised and told the person I have already taken an offer.. Decided to wait for the 7 days still nothing, I kept calling weekly and still the same story that my phone it's on the way.

I called on the 21st and that's when I got the shock of my life I was told that my phones where delivered on the 29th November but there was a delivery issue😳(I never received any notification from the courier company or telkom) they went to the wrong address and returned phones back to store, 3 weeks later nom told this nonsense were as I gave all required information. The lady I spoke to said that they sent an email to back office and by the 23rd should get some form of communication or call in to find out.

Did exactly that called in and got the worst service from the call center agent, she had to empathy and was busy talking to her colleagues in the back round, I got no help from her except saying she will follow up on the email sent..

To date still nothing... This has benn the worst experience in my whole life Telkom is a Joke..
