Telkom is a ****, I settled my contract they are still debiting

I took out a 2 year contract with Telkom. Which before the contract ended I requested a settlement amount for the remainder of the term, they gave me amount due to them and I settled. Some time this year they started debuting my account again and I reversed the monies because when I spoke to the lady they did say they will not debit again everything was sorted now they are sending lawyers to me debiting me for something I settled and asked numerous times that they will not debit again. Telkom is such a **** now all of a sudden I owe them money. I called your people twice and we would have to get those call records regarding this but your people said all is sorted they will keep on deducting each month on the money I paid which is in my account!!! This is not acceptable stop ****ming people!
