Telkom is a horrible ISP with *********** agents

Telkom doesn’t deserve not a single star.

I cancelled my fiber with them because they increased my monthly contract from R807 to about R1300 without notice. The management to cut off the internet immediately. I then reapp**** for a new service and the first delay was that the address was captured incorrectly. Once corrected, the next delay was that the agent captured the application on the incorrect system so they cancelled it . Again no one let me know or notified me I had to call and find out . The agent did not recapture the application and I was left without WiFi. I then attempted to resolve it with the agents giving me the runaround and no on knowing what to do . I then left it as it it , told them to leave it cancel and got a new ISP . They then requested for Telkom to un-occupy the ONT . I called Telkom , every number, all the options as once again I was sent around but this time seaming not a single agent knows what an ONT is . After trying to get assistance on the phon me I sent an email and went physically to the store and still no one could assist me with releasing the ONT . How does a fiber ISP agent (all their agents) not know what an ONT is ? I have been going back and forth with Telkom for two weeks with no resolve ! They are absolutely horrible , their service is trash and their agents are extremely ***********!
