Telkom is a headless Chicken don't ever sign with them

We had a Contract with them for more then 5 years and during this difficult times sometimes a payment is missed. We missed a payment but quickly rectified it only for lines to get blocked upon inquiring the agents takes guesses and if you request a manager to phone back good luck as there is never one available and then they req a call back and that also never ever happens its a fairy tail. We were told to pay an additional R 210 we did exactly that yet the line remained locked then after 2 weeks of struggling We were told that because of the missed payment we were charged an additional R 203.7 plus interest and interest for what I ask and yet it is our policy yet I can't find this ridiculous policy. And once again paid R 250 in the hopes of re activating my line yet another fairy tale and phoned 56 times in total everytime no manager available and req a call back but still waiting for that call back they are charging interest and rejection fees where I can't find the terms and conditions that states that they are allowed to do that and only enough they say on the system 0 outstanding but we the account is aperantly locked due to lack of payment but how is it then 0 outstanding please remove all top management if you want to increase your sales and get better customer services
