Telkom is a *****

I feel that Telkom should be taken to all types of social media and reported for ***** and close telkom......I recently just took my 3 contract phone with telkom and this is the 2nd ***** experience with them but this time it's worse as no 1 can help me they giving me the run around and I'm 30 weeks pregnant...there's a so called subscription they say I made unknowingly that's charging according to them R3 p/d but on the invoice it's up to R15 p/d they told me a technician will help went to telkom at the bridge where I was referred from 1 person to another then the 2 person couldn't help me and gave me a number to call because he can't help me when I called the number the lady gave me a *179# number to stop the so called subscription myself but I the so called akinga vertical service is not even listed and now I phone back agents are busy and I hold so long that I get told the mail box is full I can't leave a msg
