telkom mobile upgraded my contract without my concert. i have logged many queries with thema, i spoke to the many consultant on their senior who promised to give me feedback but no one is getting back to me, i sent numerous emails to their complaints department but no one is responding. if anyone is out there and you thinking of using telkom mobile please please please DON'T telkom will ***** your money knowing there is nothing you can do about it
