Telkom is a **** for service provider

Good day

As per previous email about telkom billing as I have encounter their billing way too high from agreement now in August the havent keep to their agreement again and double debit my account again by R1177. 00 which is not agreement. I have laugh complains through social media telkom and telephonical just waste of time and money this service provider called telkom is a **** daylight *******. No matter you visit one of their stores they really live up to telkom as ****ers because they will never help you please refund my money. Kind Regards Sylvia

I'm a client with Telkom for wifi contract which was a telephone market I agree to take it as they promise best services, I regret every minute of it so as March after debit my account ridiculas amount not as per agreement. My coneact amount is R535 bt every month going up. I called them and complain no one take me serious I went even to their office then told to call. I called them as they said but no help at all instead get very rude consultant not even willing listen. My complain was logged on the 21/06/24 at 8:37am they said turnaround time is 48 hours but still nothing. I waited until 25th of June still nothing I called back on 25th for respond but still nothing On weekend this month I decided to call again and the cut my wifi disconnect it and I paid it with Eft after I did a reversal in my account since they don't came back to me. But still I'm disconnected and I did quiry the ridiculous amounts they take from my account they said refund will be done in 7 working days but still nothing my case is close without any communication. And they held me accountable for subscription that I don't even know and were put attention.please assist telkom is big company that take people for a ride and I'm really dossapoited to their services provider.
