Telkom Is a **** for money

I was given 3 ways to pay my account with telkom so one day I used paying from their app which was highly recommended by their agents as one of the best ways since they payment goes straight into their system to my surprise they came back to my account for R308 I then called them one of their agents sad to me the can c 2 payment made I can then I went bank n reverse 1 payment then after I'm charged R206 of missed payment They send their collectors to my bank for R115 month end I called again and advised to pay R193 to make it R308 then the R115 took 8 working days to reflect now I'm charged again R206 for not paying R308 this telkom is a **** sure
