Telkom is a ****

Around 1st week of October I took an upgrade with telkom for the IPhone 8 due to accessories which were not included in the package and I called them within a period of 7 days to return the device and the courier Guy came on the 18 October after 7 days passed to collect the device and I took the Pic of the pick up invoice and called telkom to alert them that the device was collected. And today checking statements telling about R6k for device obligations which device I am paying actually cause I don't have that device with me. People beware of telkom it's a **** and I am partying ways with telkom starting from today as have a lot dealing with them
