Telkom is a FAILED BUSINESS

Telkom is such a useless business. After waiting for 4 months my internet is not connected yet and they have already start billing me. I asked them to cancel the contract. What do they do. THEY SEND ME A WIRELESW ROOTER. SO now i have to Rooters from Telkom at my home and NO ONE AT TELKOM can tell me why i have 2 rooters and when they will cancel my contract.
