Telkom Is a Fail

Telkom Mobile is such a ****! They blocked or suspended my account after they had failed to debit my account. Tried as soon as I realized that and it took forever to reactivate it.

Over and above that, they delivered my upgrade BUT they did not deliver ear buds or headphones. I know for a fact that I was one of the 1st people that ordered because I got numerous calls where I said I will upgrade when the Samsung S21 Ultra is available.

Instead they put a SIM card after they had said no I will not need it, the transition will happen seamlessly. Imagine if I threw it away thinking its a mistake.

Where are my ear buds? This is the top of the range! With the are advertising you put up on your websites you had me mislead!

You are constantly putting me through disappointment. Id it's not billing issues.

Lastly, your social media platforms are useless. If your call center is closed, display email addresses where people actually reply! We will die of stress trying to reach Telkom
