Telkom is a *******

Hello Peter. I have a huge problem when it comes to Telkom. Ever since I had Telkom it’s always been a battle when it comes to accounts and billing. Each and every month a pay double sometimes triple the amount.

Whenever I call and find out they will tell me that it’s subscription, subscriptions that I’m not aware of. This thing of them charging R200 and some odd even if you pay via the online portal or on the app is not acceptable, because I feel like I’m being **********.

They charge more even if you are up to date on payments they will tell that it’s subscription or some other story.

I would never recommend Telkom to anyone because you always pay more.
