Telkom is a **** 🚨

Telkom is a ****. I had a bad experience ever! My account was debited on the normal date after a week or so I received a statement stating that they did not receive payment. I went to Telkom store I showed them the email they said I should ignore it everything is in order maybe it was an error. From then every week I recieve sms’s saying they have handed me over and that I have breached a contract😡 I called billing deportment multiple times they keep hanging up my calls. I will not recommend anyone to Telkom. I need to terminate my all my contacts with telkom now! Telkom must please resolve this issue before close of business. This is frustrating and ridiculous
