Telkom is a F# joke

i had an account with Telkom back in 2017 and from the 6th month in i had issues where they would debit the wrong amount , I however decided to pay out the account in December last year , call them and asked them to cancell the contracts , i had to call through after December as they had debited my account once again and they promised these are now closed and cancelled only for them to debit again in feb and march every one i speak to they say these are cancelled even on the beurue i can see they are closed but still they are debiting and sending messages on my phone tlling me about collections , collections for what , as i have paid all the momey owed every one at telkom is useless and im sick and tired of having to reverse this money they need to pay for my bank charges this is now rediculous .
