Telkom is a ****ery!

Telkom is probably the worst cellphone provider I have ever been with! You make payments and they charge you double the amount because it didnt reflect on their side! When you cann in to query payments they tell you you've paid, and when you call a week later they tell you you haven't paid! Such a ****ery! I wish I never went into a contract with them.. Communications between departments are poor! They rob people on a daily basis!
