Telkom is a disgusting mess of a company

This is my second review. Telkom is a big company which is basically useless. It’s main purpose is to drain customers’ money. I logged a query on the 5th of June 2020 regarding an unauthorized debit order made by Telkom,which Telkom even acknowledges that the money was put in a wrong account by the same Telkom. My case number is ***8. After calling for the whole month I still don’t have a response from the billing department. On the app it still says the matter is being investigated. How long does it take to investigate? I hate Telkom with a passion.
