Telkom representatives at the Gateway branch gave us incorrect information about the Google Play Services on the Huawei P Smart S. On the back of this a contact was signed and the phone was purchased. It was taken back the next day, less than 24hrs later and they refuse to take responsibility for this. They refuse to allow me to change the device. This is actual *****. I am absolutely disgusted at ALL levels of management. They're contact centre assures that there is a TEN DAY cooling off period while the agents at store refuse to acknowledge this. Notwithstanding this I have went through all the laws they are breaking in this process and they turn a blind eye. I am making an application to the ombudsman as we speak.
