Telkom is a disgrace,useless

Telkom mishandled my account and unexpectedly disconnected my wifi,I called to find out what happened and was sent from pillar to post.They claimed there are no supervisors or manager I could talk to. I called through out the day from the morning trying to get assistance. The last consultant I spoke to,Itumeleng very rudely dropped the phone while I was talking to her!
