Telkom is a disgrace to the Service Industry

<p>Now waiting almost 2 months and the call centre and hptelkom have requested further assistance from our technical department about 20 times in this period. ********* as the service request only became active on their system a few days later after the technician was here. ***** as I am still waiting for a manager to call me. Telkom needs to rather invest in a service company with people that know what they are doing. Cell C fixed a similar problem with 3 hours on 2 occassions and stayed in contact until I was satisfied. No aquaintance of mine will buy a product from you if I can help it. Biggest mistake was getting involved with telkom. BEWARE PEOPLE</p>
