Telkom is a disgrace to SA!!!!!!

I am so sick and tired of the disappointments from Telkom. Since day 1 I have been having trouble with the service ect!! I cancelled my line with them on the 2nd of October 2017!!!!!! Today I found out that it was never cancelled even after I received a notification that they did receive my cancellation forms. Now I have been placed on ITC thanks to Telkom.! You are very quick to sell a product but everything thereafter is a mess!!!!!! I need someone to phone me and sort this out. I will be taking this further.
