Telkom is a disgrace

Service is disgusting. 14 phone calls and the atitude is "you are worth nothing to us". Was told to make payment which was done on the Telkom app.

Email was received with reference number confirming payment. Telkom then tell me to wait 72 hours for this to reflect on my account.

This after a "manager" told me that service would be restored immediately after payment.
