Telkom is a Disgrace!!

Absolutely disgraceful Telkom Technical support operators do not one have the competency to properly assist a client over the phone. They have no telephone etiquette, and when fronted about a problem they are not able to assist with they drop the phone in your ear. I am currently on day 4 with no internet at my house. I am on Vumatel fibre and Telkom s the ISP. I have been spending on average 2 hours a day, either waiting in a queue or having to explain to the technician what the problem is. Not one person at Telkom can help me. Well TELKOM, it's simple, I do not have internet at my home and I pay you for a service that I am not receiving, so sort it out immediately. There is nothing wrong with my router or my fibre, I have been re-configuring my router so much the past four days, you can consider hiring me, maybe then the customers will get what they pay for, SERVICE!!
