Telkom is a disgrace

Telkom is at it again . They give you 50Mbps on your fiber cable and for days now all we get most of the day is anything between 0.1 to 7 Mbps . Then to please you they now and again increase it to 30 Mbps . I would love to have a business where you pay me for 10KG of rice and I only give you one and I am exempted from refunding you for any shortages . . Now they are offering you to increase your speed to 100 Mbps for an increase to what you now pay . I wonder if they can supply what they promise for even more money . Every time you contact the Telkom call Centre , there is really no improvement . can anyone refer me to a professional company that can supply what they guarantee . so sick of Telkom . It's a disgrace !!!!!!
