telkom is a disgrace

Telkom's staff are the rudest people i have ever encountered in the service department. The technical assistant asked me how to fix my own problem because how must she know. I then spoke to the "manager" and asked her to please book a service call and she just said 'no she wont'. she then proceeded to put me on hold for 12min - i eventually hung up
