Telkom is a disgrace

Never have i ever recieved such horrible service in my life.I have had a fault with my adsl line for a few months now constantly calling telkoms technical support and reporting countless line faults. I have been patient long enough waiting for technicians to sort out my problem and frankly im tired of waiting. I have even had my faults closed and i have to re undergo the process of reporting yet more faults even tho the fault was never fixed. And all i get everytime i call in is" sorry we cant help you i have to log a fualt and you have to wait for a technician" i recommend to anyone reading this DO NOT GET ANYTHING WITH TELKOM!!! Yes they may be a little bit cheaper than other isp but you are in for one stressfull time with them.
