Telkom is a disgrace

I am so disappointed with Telkom, Dec they had to debit my account as I have a data Sim with them, so they never debited of which January they debited twice. My account was restricted I then gave them a call, I was told there is a fee that I had to pay due to late payment I did as I needed to use the data and although it was never my mistake. Feb they debited I had no issues with them then on the 31st of March they debited. This morning I wake up and there is no internet I call they tell me that my payment is reflecting but it's with collection of which I do not understand why am I with collection where by I am paying every month as they debit my account. Now I cannot apply for anything anywhere as they messing up my credit score, I lost a job because Telkom is showing that I am owing them and it *****ed up my credit score. I am heart broken as I have been working so hard for my credit score and losing a job was the worsed because of telkom. When I complain they say there is nothing they can do as collection does not communicate with them. I am told to wait 7 days for something I have paid for
