Telkom is a disaster and do not care

I am so disappointed at Telkom. Joined telkom in December 2019, was told a debit will go off in Jan. In January I called to check..they said it will ho off, now we are on February.. I am getting my statement.. saying they will debit 2 payments end February. I am so disappointed... I shouldnt have used the network
