Telkom is a disaster

Telkom is the worst service provider you could ever sign up for. For the past 2 yrs I've been trying to get them to come and fix my landline and they kept on telling me that they will send a technician but they didn't. They sent me a message that I must pay for my bills, how do I pay for a service that has never been provided. Thus month they sent me a message that I owe them R1600 and they have handed me over to their lawyers, unbelievable, when I sent them an email asking them to contact me so that they could sought out their landline coz I don't want it anymore because its not working and they ignored me message as if their unable to get hold of me but they were quick to contact their lawyers but not me. I. Really passed off by their disrespect and dishonesty. They want us to pay for services that are not offered. That's plain ***** to be.
