Telkom is a disaster

I had taken up a prmotion offer from Telkom end 2018 and it was installed on the 8th Jan. Ref No ********** 7. On the 7th Jan the sales person called to confirm the order and advised me of the prmotion which inlcuded the 1 gug sim, and R 1000 credit on my telkom account. Then on the 8th when the installtion was done it again confirm of the same. I have now called Telkom numerous times and they not reverting back to me about my credit. I called this morning on the 20th and dealt with such a useless person who never understood anything and kept me on the line for over 40 min. Pathetic services

I am requestung the feedback and to honor the prmotion of the credit of R 1000 or else you can termionate this and i will consult with my lawyer as calls are recorded. I am not taking up a 24 month contract without what was prmised to me.
