Telkom is a DISASTER!!

On Thursday 16 September we contacted telkom to lodge a fault. While they came on Friday, they informed us that the fault will be attended to on Saturday. We have since then phoned several times and even visited the shop itself, NOTHING has been done. OPEN SERVE has not come to rectify the fault and we are now sitting without internet and a phone since 16 September. How are we supposed to run our business??
