Telkom is a disappointment

If purchased the wifi at the end of Sept for my wife and children because I thought it would be a good idea,but it was my worst mistake ever,Im working abroad and since day 1 I have problems with this wifi,when my wife phone them all the say is log in to the website but I can't even do that cause I need to be connected with the wifi,if sent an email out to Shamain Twala think se is kne if the call centre agents and she still hasn't rep**** to my email,if sent another one again and no feedback,this wifi is a disappointment
