Telkom is a disappointment

I have never been more disappointed in a Telecommunications company as I am with Telling. As big as it is, their customer service is very poor. Infact, they are full of empty promises. I since complained about network issue in our area and I was promised a technician over 2 month ago. To date this issue is still not resolved. Other suburbs are now using 4G but we are still left using 3G. Everyday it's a struggle to use the internet or even make WhatsApp calls. Live streaming is a nightmare if not impossible. They mislead people with their **** advertising . I would never recommend anyone to use Telkom. This is a disgrace to such a big company with serious network traffic issues. What company doesn't give a reference number?
