Telkom is a disappointment

I saw a deal online of adsl and as i was hoping to get the service and do my thinkings , Telkom sent a friendly technician to install the cables and they send a courier with router without a sim card without letting me know how is the process going foward today i call in trying to figure out whats happening because ive been waiting for the service for about 2 weeks. Then a consultant tells me that the service its on and ive been charged. Like seriously i was hoping to get a good service from telkom they have failed me. Im no longer interested anymore in the deal. Im so disappointed in Telkom.
